Hunting Questions

Q: Are hunts exclusive?
A: All of our pheasant hunts are fully-guided and exclusive if you are a party of 15 or more.

Q: Will I be hunting with other guests?
A: Yes, if we are combining smaller groups. If you are a larger group of 15 or more, you will have exclusivity.

Q: Can I bring my own dog(s)?
A: You are welcome to bring your own dogs, provided all shots are current.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Bring your clothes and your gun. If your gun takes special shells, please make sure to come prepared with those.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Make sure to bring layers - South Dakota weather changes quickly!

Q: Do I need to get a License before I arrive?
A: No, you can purchase at the lodge online. This process will take 10 minutes or less.

Q: What shells do you have available?
A: 12 gauge and 20 gauge shells.

Q: Is the lodge available during the off season?
A: Yes! Antler Ridge Lodge is available for special events. Please contact us for more information and to book your event today.
